Suave came to us and said, "Hey, so we've been doing some head-to-head tests, and it turns out professional stylists can't tell the different Suave and expensive salon brands. Go do that on the Internet."
And we said, "Hey, that's stupid. You can't touch someone's hair on the Internet."
But then it occurred to us, "Wait. That IS stupid!"

At CanYouTell.com visitors could see how both expensive salon brands Suave Professionals products held up against everyday hair challenges — humidity, wind, heat, snow, dust, all-day hold, and so on. Courtesy of a sound stage filled with props and very willing stagehands/hair torturers.
As users progressed through various tests, they were rewarded with free samples, discounts and handful of limited-editions prizes.
