Somebody pinch
me.

Jeremy Reid and team wanted to change the way that customers and brands interacted — by letting anyone try the world's leading product, for free, in exchange for their feedback.

It was a great idea. But before they could fundraise and launch they needed, well, everything.

I named the product, oversaw development of a new brand identity, visual language, packaging design and style guide. I guess it worked, because Pinch.me secured pre-launch partnerships with Proctor & Gamble, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson and Heinz. Pinch.me’s community is now 1.4 million members and IPO’d in 2018 at a value of $79.4 million.
